Cleaning Calculator — Extra Mile Commercial Cleaning

Every project and program that we run, has this guarantee behind it. It is one of our commitments to excellence in service. When giving our quotes we also align expectations, and this guarantee is to protect those expectations. If we missed an area or our service doesn’t meet the agreed upon standard, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll go through any length to make it right.

Our usual process is once notified; we send our supervisor that was on the project to fix or reclean the area that did not meet expectations. And we reconfirm with our contact that the solution meets their standards.
